These terms apply to the Brewmancer iOS app (listed on the App Store as “Brewmancer: Roguelike”), developed and published by Claudiu Sararu. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to all App Store apps.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Brewmancer on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, as permitted by the App Store terms.
Leaderboards use Apple's Game Center and are optional. Submit scores only from normal play; do not use cheats, exploits, or technical manipulation to alter scores. Game Center itself is operated by Apple under its own terms.
Brewmancer, including its artwork, characters, music, story, and code, is the property of Claudiu Sararu. These terms give you no rights to reuse or redistribute any of it outside the app.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
We may update these terms as the app evolves; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
